BTS’ is liked all over the world. So far, the septet has performed in Europe, America, Brazil and even in the United Arab Emirates. As we know, the boys RM, Jimin, Jin, Suga, Jungkook, V and J-Hope are good dancers. There are some songs in the septet which are more sexy than the rest. At least the choreography is a bit hot. One of them is Bepsy. The group performed in Dubai in 2019. In keeping with the culture and sentiments of the people in the Middle East, they curated the heated part of the performance. So, on Idol there was no showing off the abs or the iconic hip thrusts that are a part of baps.
J-Hope whose killer hip thrust has caused meltdowns in other parts of the world was wary. He replaced the hip thrusts for the Army with high jumps and a cute heart-shaped emoji. But RM who seemed really used to the song’s original choreography, did a hip thrust while rapping for the audience. The Dubai Army enjoyed it very much as none of the other members did a hip thrust. There is a video in which a girl can be heard shouting ‘Chalo’ while doing hip thrusts. Later, people told that it is fortunate that they did not get slammed for being something inappropriate.
Well, after performing the same trick for the same song in concert after concert, it’s normal to forget memos. But RM did it only once. Maybe he didn’t want to disappoint fans who wanted a performance on bapsey that matched the original tone of the song. The number itself is not a sexy one. It is about the rise of Dalits and an attack on nepotism. But then again, anything sexy can happen with BTS!
