From celebrities to common man, everyone has BTS in their mind. But singer Milind Gaba has a completely different and patriotic take on the growing craze for Korean pop bands across the world. Yes, in an exclusive interview with BollywoodLife, Milind Gaba was asked about his thoughts on BTS and has he heard any of his songs.
Milind said, “I have heard about it and was a Korean sensation even before that, Psy. Regional music is good at its place but being an Indian, I will promote my Indian music. I am about AR Rahman saab. I will screen in the world’s biggest music label, T-Series. I will screen about my regional music, our culture. Western influence is thick, Korean influence is also thick but where you live is the most Well, your house is the best.” Well, that’s something new and different that we’ve heard.
Talking about BTS’s song Butter, last month the song made its way to the number one spot on the Billboard Hot 100 chart. This song is his fourth chart-topping single till date. And to everyone’s surprise, Butters continued to top the Billboard Hot 100 chart for the fifth week in a row. Of the 54 songs that launched at number one, it is only the 11th track to peak in its first five weeks. Butter is also the second longest reigning song by a group since its debut in chart history.
