BTS aka Bangtan Soniyodan has become a global name today. Internationally recognized as one of the leading K-pop artists, they are really young adults like every one of us. Hailing from humble background, the boys scaled the heights solely on the basis of their hard work and talent. BTS’ latest summer pop single, Butters, has now topped the Billboards Hot 100 charts four times in a row and it’s been a bumpy ride for them to get to where they are now. Time and again, in their Vlive or Weverse live sessions, the boys share some facts from their lives that no one knows. There have been times when BTS has poured out its heart and soul in its live session with ARMY. And there is a session where BTS’s V aka Kim Taehyung shared how she was once bullied by her ‘friend’.
During a live broadcast, the Winter Bears singer revealed that when he was in his elementary school, his friend had once invited him to his birthday party but gave him the wrong place. They waited for hours at the said place but no one came. Eventually he got to know the real location. He reached the venue and congratulated her on her birthday, gave her gifts and left. He was very upset and remembered crying on his way home. Taehyung revealed that he later found out that his friend was very jealous of him. He said that his friend apologized to him two years after the incident. Even though this incident happened years ago, we are sure ARMY will be crying its eyes out on the poor little Taette and sending all her love to her.
“I didn’t know where to go, so I waited outside with the gift certificate for three hours trying to figure out where I should go. I went over there and gave her the gift, and I said, ‘This is my It’s time to go home now, so I’m leaving.’ And it’s gone. I remember crying a lot on my way home,” BTS’V revealed during the broadcast.
“It actually turned out later that he was very jealous of me. After some time passed, he admitted that he was jealous because I got along very well with our friends. Honestly, it was something like That happened in elementary school, and we were still young. He sincerely apologized to me about two years later. We were awkward for a while because of that incident, but because he apologized sincerely to me, I asked him Thank you.” Taehyung added.
