Popular South K-pop band BTS recently teamed up with fast-food giant McDonald’s to offer fans limited-edition meals. Well, do you know why the boys decided to work with McDonald’s? Because they have special memories attached to the group. Recently, the boys revealed that they practically lived at McDonald’s when they were apprentices.
In a promotional video for BTS Meals, the boys revealed their fondest memories associated with their fast-food chain. “There was a McDonald’s about 10 minutes from the dorm where we lived,” Jin recalled. While Jimin revealed that he too ate at McDonald’s like a high school student. He said there was a McDonald’s at the bus terminal that he frequented and often stopped on the way to classes. Jin continued, “It’s open 24 hours a day, so we’d go there when we were hungry, and we’d ask each other, ‘How was your day?’ And have a good time.”

Suga even went down memory lane and said that he wanted to go to McDonald’s as a kid. “When you’re younger, if your parents ask you to tag along at the mall, saying they’ll bring me McDonald’s fries, I’ll go,” he said.
On May 26, McDonald’s released a limited-edition BTS meal worldwide and ARMY went crazy. The food will be available at McDonald’s stores until June 20. The meal includes 10 pieces of Chicken McNuggets, medium fries, and a Coke. Additionally, McDonald’s offers two dipping sauces – Sweet Chili Sauce and Cajun Sauce.
