On Twitter, a netizen has shared a report which suggests that Mission Impossible 7 director Christopher McQuarrie has confirmed that Prabhas has joined the project. Prabhas and Christopher McQuarrie are believed to have met when the actor was shooting for his upcoming film Radhe Shyam in Italy. The director narrated the story of MI 7 to Prabhas and the actor gave his positive consent.
