There is no stopping BTS. His new single Butter is making new records from time to time. Now, it has become the fastest music video to cross 200 million views on YouTube. He achieved it in just 4 days and an hour after its release. He broke his own record for dynamite, which took four days and 12 hours. The choreography is a combination of group and unit dance, with highlighted gestures such as stroking of hair, kissing, blowing and walking on tiptoes.
Seven-member band BTS, which released megahits Dynamite and On in 2020, were the most streamed Korean artists and global group last year. The music video for the historic BTS song Dynamite, which topped Billboard’s main singles chart last year, earned 800 million YouTube views in January of this year. The band recently unveiled the logo for their new single Butter. It was not just a general unveiling. They had an hour long video and it featured an animated butter melt. You can hear the kitchen noise in the video. The video has garnered 17.2 million views on YouTube so far.

BTS’ most viewed music video is DNA with 1.1 billion views, followed by Boy with Love (ft. Halsey) and Fake Love. We’ll have to see if Butters makes it to the top 5 most watched songs of BTS. According to Big Hit, the band has 28 music videos that have been viewed at least 100 million times.
