Amazon Prime Video India today released the official trailer of its upcoming Brazilian original web series, Dome – a crime drama inspired by the true story of a father and son on opposite sides of the war on drugs in Rio de Janeiro. The Brazilian Amazon Original series will stream in its native Portuguese language and will be dubbed in english, Hindi, Tamil and Telugu for the Indian audience. With eight-hour episodes, Dome is produced by Conspiraco, with Breno Silveira as showrunner and will premiere exclusively on Amazon Prime Video on June 4 in over 240 countries and territories.
Dom follows Victor, a young diver who, by a twist of fate, becomes a military intelligence agent and accepts the war on drugs as his life mission. Over the years, he comes to terms with the disillusionment of an endless war, and finds his own son, Pedro, the enemy he fought tirelessly against: cocaine. Pedro becomes an addict as well as one of the most wanted criminals in Rio de Janeiro: Pedro Dom. Starring with Gabriel Leone (Pedro) and Flavio Tolezani (Victor) Filip Braganca, Raquel Villar, Isabella Santoni, Ramon Francisco, Digao Ribeiro, Fabio Lago, Julia Konrad and Andre Matos, among others. Dom is directed by Vicente Kubrasali and Breno Silveira, who also lead the writing team, which includes Fabio Mendes, Higia Ikeda, Carolina Neves and Marcelo Vindicato. The series is produced by Renata Brando e Ramona Baker from Conspiracao. Antonio Pinto composed the original soundtrack.
